Our goal at Silver River Institute is to empower
people to live fuller healthier lives. Clients learn skills based
in mind/body
medicine and positive psychology, and access inner resources
and creativity through contemplative practice.
By integrating new skills and insights into daily
life, each person is able to improve their health and quality of
life.
